Viviana is a strategic operations and communications executive, and relationship builder, across corporate, startup and nonprofit spaces. For Viviana, operations + people = collaborative magic.

For nearly a decade, Viviana led, managed and executed operational strategy for a national Hispanic technology leadership organization (HITEC) as its Executive Director and serves on the Board of Directors of the Women in Tech Miami Council (WITech).

Viviana loves to problem solve, reverse engineer, and connect the dots working with collaborators, innovators, and game changers to execute a company’s vision. Her cross-functional experience includes operations, marketing, and program design. She’s known for her longstanding commitment to DE&I, working alongside employee resource and  affinity groups, specifically within the Hispanic community.

Viviana holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University and Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy from Duke University.
